Terms and conditions

1. Booking

You can book online, by phone or at the salon. Booking online creates an account with your email, phone and password. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password safe.

2. Prices and discounts

Price and duration depend on the chosen artist and are shown before you confirm. Discounts and codes apply under the conditions of each campaign; the applied discount is stored on the booking and does not change later. Payment is made at the salon.

3. Changes and cancellation

You can change your booking up to 24 h and cancel it up to 24 h before it starts: via the link in your email or in “My bookings”. For later changes, please contact the salon.

4. Late arrival and no-show

If you are more than 10 min late, the service may be shortened or the booking moved. If you have not arrived 15 min after the start, the booking is recorded as missed. Repeated no-shows may lead to online booking being restricted.

5. Account

You can edit your details, download or delete your account in “My bookings”. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
